When you use account, checkout, or support services, we may process your account email, order details, and information you voluntarily include in a support request. Hosting, CDN, and browser infrastructure may also produce necessary technical logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
We use this information to support account and order verification, entitlement handling, customer support, site security, and service improvement. Account, order, payment-event, and entitlement records are handled by CatchBan's authoritative membership service; the website is a public information and checkout-handoff surface.
The current international purchase flow uses Alipay manual verification. Alipay may process payment, risk, and transaction data under its own policies; CatchBan does not request payment passwords or full card details through the website.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable access and security controls. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or delete identifiable support information, subject to records required for legal, order, or dispute handling.
