How to Become a Founding Member
To become a founding member, complete an application and pass review to receive a dedicated founding-member activation code. Bind the code to your CatchBan account to receive permanent founding-member status.

Submit Genuine Product Feedback
After using CatchBan, submit genuine manual feedback through Help > Feedback & Diagnostics in the App.
Feedback can cover:
- Bugs encountered while using the product;
- Suggestions for improving existing features;
- Your genuine thoughts on workflows, interface experience, or creative processes;
- Features or use cases you would like CatchBan to support.
Please write from actual use. Do not submit empty, duplicate, or unrelated feedback.

Complete the Founding-Member Application
After submitting feedback, an Apply for Founding-Member Eligibility entry will appear. Use it to complete your application.
Your feedback includes a diagnostic ID. Keep it unchanged; it only helps the team locate the issue and does not mean eligibility has been approved.

Receive Your Dedicated Activation Code
The team reviews your application based on the information provided, your actual feedback, and the current recruitment capacity.
- Submitting an application does not itself grant founding-member status;
- Joining the WeChat group does not automatically grant eligibility;
- A dedicated activation code is issued only after approval;
- Slots are reviewed in batches, and timing may vary with application volume.
Once approved, you will receive an email containing your dedicated founding-member activation code.
Each code corresponds to one founding-member eligibility record. After receiving it, activate it with the CatchBan account used in your application.

Enter the Activation Code in the App
Open CatchBan and go to the account or membership panel:
- Make sure you are signed in to the account used for your founding-member application;
- Find the Founding-Member Benefits or Activation Code entry;
- Enter the activation code you received;
- Select Activate Founding Member;
After activation, the App will show your founding-member status and benefits. This is an account-level benefit; after account binding, it can be managed and used on eligible devices.
If activation fails, retain a screenshot of the related error and contact the CatchBan team through an official support channel for verification.
How to Join the Group
